An extremely well established Italian vineyard wanted to launch itself into the UK Market.
Working for the London based distributors, their positioning & marketing plan was to place the brand into the independent retail sector, rather than mass-market and multiples. So the likes of private members clubs and exclusive hotels were the target market.
One of the product range was their Prosecco and this IS, for sure, a premium Prosecco and is probably one of the finest I’ve tasted. Retailing for about £14, the client wanted a classy and upmarket look suitable to the target market and the establishments it would be sold through.
Both the white and red wine range to be re-branded as well as the Prosecco.
The design solution
My design solution primarily involved a re-brand with more sophisticated typograhpy.
We also explored the use of print techniques such as foiling, clear spot gloss and on-bottle screen-printing, as well as uncoated stock wraps.
